Many in the community already know Matt through his current role as Director of Business Development with the Springfield Thunderbirds — a position he proudly continues to hold. While remaining with the Thunderbirds, Matt is also joining our team to expand his passion for helping people into the real estate world.
Through his work with the Thunderbirds, Matt has built strong relationships with local business owners and become a trusted, familiar face in the community. His background in sales, leadership, and client service has always been rooted in putting people first — a quality that will serve his real estate clients incredibly well.
Off the ice, Matt enjoys hitting the golf course, spending time with family and friends, or diving into a great film (he’s a true movie enthusiast!).
